evolvEd is a freeware product, but has certain rules that apply when using the product.
1. evolvEd is copyrighted to David Gabrielsen.
2. You may redistribute the evolvEd installer in anyway you want as long as the files are not modified in any way.
Liability

David Gabrielsen take no responsibility for the damage to your hardware software or any other component of your computer caused by the installation of our software.

Terms and Conditions of Use

"Author" herein refers to David Gabrielsen (the creator of evolvEd and components). "Software" refers to all files bearing this notice, as well as any other files and source code included with evolvEd (typically extracted from a .zip archive), and all content in them, regardless of whether any modifications have been made. Except where otherwise noted, all of the documentation and Software included in the evolvEd setup package is copyrighted by David Gabrielsen.
